Acceptance of Conditions
By confirming a reservation with Alo Nature, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions, Internal Regulations, and Safety Protocols in effect at the time of booking. These rules apply to all guests without exception.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age at the time of check in and present for the duration of the stay.
- Guests may be accompanied by children aged 14 years and older only.
- Guests under 14 years of age are not permitted on the property for safety purposes.
- Alo Nature reserves the right to refuse access or cancel a reservation without refund if these conditions are not respected.
- No pets are allowed on the premises at any time
- All guests must be registered, no unregistered guests are allowed on the premises at any time
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All rates are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added where required.
- Failure of payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Damage Deposit / Credit Card Hold
- A pre authorisation hold of $500 CAD will be placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival as a damage deposit, as required by Alo Nature?s insurance provider.
- This amount is not a charge and will be released following check out, provided no damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules have occurred.
- If damages are identified, Alo Nature reserves the right to partially or fully apply the deposit toward repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
- If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest agrees that additional charges may be applied to the same payment method used for the reservation.
